Hazing
ATO is a NO HAZING Fraternity. The Positive Experience and the Positive Experience Guide provides ATO members with the opportunity to have a consistent membership education experience, free of hazing. There are numerous ways for a student to reach out to the university, National Fraternity, Active Chapter Executive Board and the Alumni Board of Trustees to report such incidents.
Leadership
ATO is known as America’s Leadership Development Fraternity. ATO has provided leadership opportunities that look great on Resumes and help ATO’s build their leadership skills. ATO has an annual National Congress, President’s Retreat, Encounter, Altitude, Men of Destiny programs and Emerging Leaders Conference.
